About Linda In 2005, when Linda Paul-Skeeles turned 55, her life centered around her family,
her friends, her church and enjoying the recent birth of her new grandson, BJ. Active and caring, Linda had been an occasional
smoker stopping intermittently yet still in contact with secondhand smoke within her home. In July of 2005, she was diagnosed
with stage four lung cancer. The next four months were painful, difficult months for Linda, but also for her family, colleagues
and friends who loved and admired her and had to work through their own sorrow. She valiantly battled the disease but lost
the battle on December 1st, 2005.
